event. Please let us know,so we can assist with making a Bluray for us to provide the theater
screening locations. For a small processing fee, we would be happy to assist.
We will need to receive a playable DVD or Bluray for your film, or you can make arrangements with us
by Oct 21,2024 for us to Make a Bluray for our screening event. If we don't have a
Playable Bluray, or have communication for assistance in BLURAY Authoring.
We will be unable to add your film to the Official Selections List or The Screening Event Schedule.

Please include a Press Kit or any promotional materials you have, including web links and Imdb listings.
We also ask that you let us know of premier info or anything we can include in our press releases.
RULES & RELEASE
All
judging will be anonymous. All entries must be accompanied by a
completed and signed release form. You may enter more than one movie,
but you must submit a separate entry form and release form and with
each submission. Finalists and winners will be determined by
professionals in the film Industry. You must be 18 years or older to
enter. Participation in Zed Fest Film Festival implies understanding
and acceptance of all terms included in this application. Entry does
not guarantee placement in the festival. Every submission will be given
full consideration. Entries will be selected to be featured in whole or
part as finalists to appear in the festival. Finalists will be judged
by category and winners will be announced at the end of the festival.
NOTE: For Consideration we allow online methods such as Vimeo, or Youtube password protected links. *****We will need a Region 1 Playable Copy DVD of your film or Playable Bluray. We will need this for our Event Theater Screening*****
We suggest you mail this into us as soon as possible to save yourself shipping fees. We need to turn in discs to theater management promptly before our event.
If we do not receive Playable Bluray Disc or have communication from you for Bluray Authoring. We will not be able to screen your film or add you to the Official Selections list. Please be sure to test your Bluray Disc for Feature Films on a player to make sure your disc plays.

In order to be an Official Selection you must complete your entry process, which includes sending us screening materials.
Zed Fest Film Festival Rules and Release for Entries
By entering, entrants release and hold Zed Fest Film Festival, it's owners, employees, board members, staff members, volunteers, promoter and host and all other contest entities harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the contest or participation in any contest- related activity or resulting directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the contest, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/ or invasion of privacy. The promoter, the host and contest entities do not now and shall not have in the future any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of an entrant's intellectual property rights, if any, respect to any submission or concept, reviews, material, video and/or other materials provided in connection with the contest.
