Shot in Williamsburg, Brooklyn during a Williamsburg Zombie Crawl, “SPECIAL REPORT: IS WILLIAMSBURG DEAD?” is a humorous news media parody by filmmakers Nicole Teeny and Mike Feldman. Covering the “Zombie Walk”, SR:IWD?, approaches the event as though it were an actual televised breaking news report. Nicole also stars as a on the “Man on the Street” reporter interviewing zombies, victims, and local business people, with hilarious effect. You really need to watch it more than once because there is just so much going on in the foreground, the background, and even the “tongue in cheek” news ticker scrolling across the bottom ofthe screen.

The two co-directors met while studying film at NYU. Nicole promises that SR:IWD? is just the first of many collaborations with Mike. Zed Fest eagerly anticipates the release of their next production.
